Drill pilot holes trough the components before inserting the wood screws, to prevent the wood from splitting. Always take accurate measurements before adjusting the size of the components at the proper size. Therefore, you should buy weather-resistant lumber, such as pine or cedar. I built this project in about one week, but I only worked a few hours a day. This is super easy to build and it cost me under $150 to make. I have built this simple and temporarily outhouse for my countryside property.

To be able to do this, you will need to add to your structure some form of organic material and a chimney to let enough air down there to help with the decomposition process. For survivalists, you can consider creating your own food source using decomposed waste from your outhouse. Other features of the main house include European white oak floors, recessed lighting, built in speaker system, attached 2-car garage and a laundry room with 2 sets of state-of-the-art Samsung washers and dryers. The design you choose depends on the type of climate you have. The master retreat opens to a large balcony overlooking the yard accented by mature bamboo and palms. The main residence boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, each ensuite with thoughtful touches that accentuate the home’s overall classic finishes.
